I've been working on preparing my studio for painting, graphics and ceramics. I'm pleased to say that it is now almost fully functional, just waiting for delivery of the wheel.

Artist Statement

I believe we all have the necessity to leave a “mark”, even the right to explore our own creativity and give it shape and form.

Since I was at university, I've been most interested in keeping true to the nature of art materials, exploring and respecting the classic media. It is indispensable to know your tools and ways of expressions.

Visual communication is a universal language, and my favourites tools for that language are oils, watercolours, inks, pencils, pastels, ceramics… aligned to a realistic approach to landscapes, portraits, illustrations…sometimes described as a Magic Realism.
