A little bit about what I'm doing at the moment.

When it comes to painting, my favourite "go to" media without a doubt is oil paint. I use a combined classic palette and a Sevillian school one. There is nothing like the smell and the feel of a good quality oil paint. I enjoy the richness of the color and its versatility. It is stable and cannot compete with any modern material.

Watercolours

Oils

When it comes to ilustrations, quick sketches and themes that require transparency and light I will use watercolors.

I travel with them and I sometimes combine them with oil bars, inks and pencils. The paper has to be good quality and I always try not to use less than 300 grams.

Drawings & Illustrations

In this discipline I can go everywhere, from abstract to realistic. I also explore a broad spectrum of media, inks, pencils, pastels,….I accept commissions on any subject.

Ceramics

Is there anything more soothing and relaxing than ceramics?

I believe that it is the media that gets you back in touch with nature the most, the magic of the clay and fire, minerals and pigments. Again, when it comes to subject matter, I can go from totally abstract to any classically based pottery.
